Benoît Lachambre is a somatic dance practitioner and teacher who has been developing his improvisational and pedagogical method since the 1990. He has been teaching internationally since then and continues to explore his open practices. Benoît is profoundly invested in the elaboration of the shining of the body and allowing the dreaming body to interact with multiple notions of reality. Using voice and body, imagination is opened into relational architectural energetic patterns that keep transforming and reconnecting the bodies through time and space.

In the workshop, you will be working on softly opening inner body sensations and alignment to the outside and inter-relational movement. Simple alignment exercises are being offered as body meditation practices. Floor and standing exercises in harmony with the senses, allow one to move in sustained listening allowing the flow of energies to dance oneself.
